The International Council of Nurses (ICN) is a federation of more than 130 national nurses associations, aimed to represent more than 16 million nurses worldwide. 2015 ICN Conference was held in Seoul, South Korea, from 19th to 23rd June. This paper aims to highlight and summarize main conference issues concerning Plenary Speeches, Main Sessions, Network Meetings, Workshops and Poster Presentations. The scientific program was rich of elements aimed to boost nursing exchange of experiences and expertise. 2015 ICN Conference provided a unique opportunity for nurses to build relationships and to disseminate nursing knowledge and leadership across different specialties, cultures and countries.
